Some believe it's far more likely that the Phobos-Grunt's baffling inability to get started on its journey is down to some sort of sabotage, whether intentional or unintentional. Retired Russian general Nikolay Rodionov blames America's longwave radio sites in Alaska.
It's not the first time the High Frequency Active Auroral Research Programme (HAARP) has been accused of some malevolent purpose.
General-Lieutenant Rodionov, who used to command Russia's ballistic missile early warning system, told Interfax that "the powerful electromagnetic radiation of those sites may have affected the control system of the interplanetary probe".
As part of its mission, the craft was carrying a small amount of bacteria to test whether selected organisms can survive in deep space.
Some of these bacteria are linked to anthrax, and others to cancer, AIDS and Crohn's disease "to name a few".
He postulates three separate theories:
1.Phobos-Grunt was never meant to leave Earth's orbit, but is actually intended to plummet back to the surface "to cause a massive disaster".
2.The probe was meant to go to Mars, but was sabotaged by "the powers that be", in order to (you guessed it) cause a disaster.
3.The craft was headed to Mars but it was "intercepted by possible extraterrestrial intelligences" to stop it from getting to the Red Planet.

We still dont know for sure if that was AUgie-samples or not in those canisters .... but what if AUgie-sample grew also FASTER in SPACE outside Earths gravi-field ????
The FAILURED MISSION could then become a DELIBERATED MISSION and a SUCCES ... when the spacecraft falls back to earth, and is crashed in the sea/ocean [or where-ever-wanted] and the SPECIMEN RELEASED.
They could have ACTIVATED AUgie in OUTERSPACE ....

Although it is easy to see a conspiracy in the Russia-China mission, we must not forget the other participants in this project, additional mission participants are in Germany, Sweden, Japan and elsewhere around the globe. Now JAPAN is a perfect ally in this, but Sweden and Germany are more Odessa-allinged members ... so idk ...
