BP 's investment in next-generation technology just paid off to the tune of a billion barrels.

The British energy company has discovered 1 billion barrels of oil at an existing oilfield in the Gulf of Mexico. BP also announced two new offshore oil discoveries and a major new investment in a nearby field.

BP is the Gulf of Mexico's biggest producer, but it's making strides to hold that title.

BP now expects its fossil fuel output from the region to reach 400,000 barrels of oil equivalent per day by the middle of the next decade. Today, it produces about 300,000 boepd, up from less than 200,000 boepd about five years ago.

On Tuesday, the company said it will spend $1.3 billion to develop a third phase of its Atlantis field off the coast of New Orleans. Scheduled to start production in 2020, the eight new wells will add 38,000 bpd to BP's production at Atlantis. The decision comes after BP found another 400 million barrels of oil at the field.

BP made the massive 1 billion-barrel discovery at its Thunder Horse field off the tip of Louisiana.

Executives are crediting their investment in advanced seismic technology and data processing for speeding up the company's ability to confirm the discoveries at Atlantis and Thunder Horse. BP says it once would have taken a year to analyze the Thunder Horse data, but it now takes just weeks.

That sunlight and daylight are two different things!!

The sun produces light and it's what we see and feel.

But the diffuse light we have around us in day time, is actually the noble gasses in the upper atmosphere glowing in the electron enriched exposure.

And guess what colour they glow? Light blue! They are also effected by magnetism and bend. They also create other colours on the periphery, but are mostly blues.

Blues. Beware blue eh? Blue beam, atmospheric spraying, high altitude seeding with nano...

At this point, I'm not going to distinguish between AUg1, and the natural Earth response, but remember when we looked at dispersal via volcanos? Getting this into the upper atmosphere?

Sunlight consists of many things and spectrum, wheter daylight can be the reflected and bounced-off light between Earth and the (cloud-)sky.

Daylight can be artificial, where sunlight is always natural ... Untill they invented an artificial sun ... but artificial light does not have the same qualities as the natural radiation from a star (sun).



Daylight encompasses all natural light that is available during the day and originates from the radiation of the sun in the visible spectrum.
Sunlight is the part of daylight that is radiated directly from the sun to the area of interest.
Sky light is the part of the daylight that is scattered and redirected by the atmosphere. It can be available together with sunlight, or alone (eg. on cloudy or overcast sky conditions).
Ground light is daylight that is reflected by surfaces below the observer (mathematically: below the plane of the horizon). This term is not very common, and is only used with this meaning in the context of very accurate lighting simulation software like Radiance.



Natural light is full spectrum and dynamic. Full spectrum means that light contains all the colors of the rainbow. Dynamic means that the intensity and mix of colors changes with the time of day. Natural light cycles from bright with a high blue content during the day, to soft with a high red content in the the evenings. The bright blue-rich light signals us to be awake and alert, while the soft red-rich light tells our bodies it’s time to relax and prepare for sleep.

Most artificial light sources emit a static spectrum which means their mix of colors cannot change with time of day. As a result artificial light sources are designed to either replicate daylight or evening light.


And for example, artificial lamps can not make your body produce (enough) Vit D.

Hey, just on electromagnetic distortions and manipulations, I spent a bit of time a long ways back looking into the Omega towers that were dotted around the world in the 50's-70's. Some still exist here in OZ, but most were adapted, or have been replaced with covert systems that do the same thing.

When ever we looked at cross sections of the GoM, and the various drilling rig styles, it became evident what replaced them. Out of mind, out of site. The rig sits on the surface, but is connected deep underwater and then deep underground via a massively long metal tube. An antenna. This antenna is then connected to other antennas via sub surface pipelines, and ultimately connected via the oik reserves.

So concentrated oil drilling is creating massive arrays!

We may have inadvertently created a huge dish/array for anything down there... or covertly created this tech. Same goes I guess for the mainland China Great Wall, which was and still is in disrepair, but was undergoing many restoration projects. Maybe that too was activated when enough of it was repaired?
