Chinese officials are only letting people leave their homes every 2 days and have forbidden weddings and funerals




In an effort to control the coronavirus, officials in the Chinese province of Zhejiang are enforcing restrictions that are almost draconian.

In the cities of Wenzhou, Hangzhou, Ningbo, and Taizhou, weddings and funerals are frowned upon and "unessential" public venues are closed — with only markets and pharmacies allowed to stay open.

Each househld is given a so-called passport, allowing them to leave their homes for necessities once every two days.

"This could reduce the transmission to the greatest extent possible," Wenzhou Mayor Yao Gaoyuan said.

Showcasing precise control at the quantum level, physicists at the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) have developed a method for making an ion (electrically charged atom) display exact quantities of quantum-level motion—any specific amount up to 100 packets of energy or "quanta," more than five times the previous record high of 17.

Quantum mechanics, the fundamental theory of the atomic world, states that energy is released or absorbed in tiny parcels, or packets, called quanta. Atoms release light energy by radiating photons, or quanta of light. When caught in a trap by researchers, atoms' motional energy is carried by phonons, or quanta of motion.

In addition to creating single numbers of quanta, the NIST team controlled the pendulumlike motion of their ion to simultaneously exhibit two different amounts of motional quanta: zero (minimum motion) plus any number up to 18. Such a "superposition" of two states is a hallmark of the curious quantum world.

Published online by Nature on July 22, the new methods could be used with any quantum mechanical oscillator, including systems that oscillate like a simple pendulum or vibrate like a spring. The techniques could lead to new types of quantum simulators and sensors using phonons as the carriers of information. In addition, the ability to tailor superposition states can improve quantum measurements and quantum information processing. Using the ion in a superposition as a frequency-measurement instrument more than doubled the precision compared with conventional measurements of the ion's vibration frequency.

As the fresh water is slowly released by the gyre into the Atlantic Ocean over a period of decades, it allows the Atlantic Ocean currents to carry it away in small amounts.

However, since the 1990s, the researchers said, the gyre has accumulated a large amount of fresh water -- 8,000 cubic kilometres -- or almost twice the volume of Lake Michigan in the US.

According to the new study, the cause of this gain in freshwater concentration is the loss of sea ice in summer and autumn.

Due to this decades-long decline of the Arctic's summertime ice cover, the Beaufort Gyre is more exposed to the wind, which has spun the gyre faster, trapping the fresh water in its current, the scientists noted.

The westerly winds have also persistently dragged the current in one direction for over 20 years, increasing its speed and size, as well as preventing the fresh water from leaving the Arctic Ocean, they said.

Where the winds used to change direction every five to seven years, this decades-long western wind is unusual for the region, the study noted.

If the wind changes direction again, the scientists said, it could reverse the current, pulling it counterclockwise and releasing the water it has accumulated all at once.

"If the Beaufort Gyre were to release the excess fresh water into the Atlantic Ocean, it could potentially slow down its circulation. And that would have hemisphere-wide implications for the climate, especially in Western Europe," said Tom Armitage, lead author of the study from NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory.

The release of fresh water from the Arctic Ocean to the North Atlantic can change the density of surface waters, the study warned.

For millennia, the Beaufort Gyre — a massive wind-driven current in the Arctic Ocean — has been regulating climate and sea ice formation at the top of the world. Like a giant spinning top, the gyre corrals vast amounts of sea ice. Trapped in this clockwise swirl, the ice has historically had more time to thicken than it generally does in other parts of the Arctic Ocean, where currents such as the Trans Polar Drift transport the ice into the warmer north Atlantic more rapidly. In this way, the Beaufort Gyre — located north of Alaska and Canada’s Yukon Territory — has helped create the abundant layers of sea ice that, until recently, covered large parts of the Arctic Ocean year-round.

These days, however, something is amiss with this vital plumbing system in the Arctic, a region warming faster than any other on the planet. Thanks in part to rising air temperatures, steadily disappearing sea ice, and the annual melting of 270 billion tons of ice from Greenland’s ice cap, the gyre is no longer functioning as it has predictably done for more than a half century. And now, scientists are anticipating that a sudden change in the Beaufort Gyre could set in motion events that — in a steadily warming world — would actually lead to a temporary but significant cooling of the North Atlantic region.

During the second half of the 20th century — and, most likely, earlier — the gyre adhered to a cyclical pattern in which it would shift gears every five to seven years and temporarily spin in a counter-clockwise direction, expelling ice and freshwater into the eastern Arctic Ocean and the North Atlantic. But for more than a dozen years, this carousel of ice and, increasingly, freshwater has been spinning faster in its usual clockwise direction, all the while collecting more and more freshwater from three sources: melting sea ice, huge volumes of runoff flowing into the Arctic Ocean from Russian and North American rivers, and the relatively fresh water streaming in from the Bering Sea.

A few years ago, there was a private government research conference where Dr. George Church, Professor of Genetics at Harvard Medical School and Professor of Health Sciences and Technology at Harvard and MIT, was describing how his lab systematically altered the genome of a bacterial cell using synthetic biology and genetic engineering to make cells resistant to viruses. There was some brief discussion of how these techniques could be used for the opposite purpose (to engineer viruses to improve them or make them less recognizable by the host, thus delaying the immune response). It is worth noting that a lot of George Church’s recent research also involves the study and engineering of viruses. As a side note, it’s worth pointing out to those unaware that all three of these people are some of the highest-ranking academic officials at Harvard and are revolutionary scientists in their respective fields.
Lieber established a secret research lab at the Wuhan university. Lieber was also the principal investigator on at least six U.S. Defense Department research grants, with a cumulative value of more than $8 million, he was the principal investigator on more than $10 million in grants funded by the National Institutes of Health.
Lieber’s research seems to be mostly focused on nanotechnology rather than bioweapons research, he has been involved in previous research to use nanotechnology to detect small viral particles in humans.

Things are not always what they seem in the eyes of those with just a few pieces of the puzzle. The web is a maze of information, disinformation and half-truths. It is hard to connect the dots of the bigger picture, yet we try, and we are doing a great job in changing the narrative of the masses!

Here is my view on things with the help of information that was withheld from you, but that info is part of the key to understand what is subsurface going on, and has been for the past 10+ years...

China is "playing allong" as it looks on the surface, but that is not what they are actually doing.
China plays out the illusion the illuminati want to see... China is fooling the Devil.

Let me explain how I know this.
More then 10 years ago I got involved in a forum-thread about the BP oilspill in the GOM. It turned out that someone was dropping info with code, clues and info just like for example Q-anon is doing now. (although I do not know if Q has the same source as Acolyte had)
The "drops/dump" when decoded a bit always revealed things not known to the public yet but we found them always played out sooner or later. We were told about the Benghazi Lybia operation... We found out that something was about to happen to Japan months before Fukushima happened, and much more... We learned about the chemtrail-morgellons fibers, and about the black goo before it became mainstream.
We learned about the BRICS alliance and that they oppose the Western Cabal Nato alliance (Odessa Fleet) and their masters in Israël...
At one point we found out that China/Russia had delivered BRIEFCASES to all embassies of the world, and were instructed to open them on a specific date October 13th 2010, except for Japan who had to wait a few days.
The briefcases contained documents that informed the Odessa Fleet that China was aware of their devious plans to the world, and that China (and Russia) would not go along with those plans. There was also a demonstration of technology that did "something" to a sample of the GOM-BlackGoo-organism that was also in the briefcases in a special canister.

Is China using "technology" (5G) to make ppl feel ill or drop UNCONSCIOUS (Not kill) just to make it look they have been hit by the virus? > YES

Some ppl in China also really die, becoz their immune system was already weak, or they simply die due to stress and heart failure...

technology is GOOD when used in beneficial frequencies.

I just came across this video from the Keshe Foundation, on how you can save your life from corona-infection. Very simple to do it yourself.
Now the trick is that I talked about the tech the Russians used to "dry up" and "suck dead" the technology and nuclear-powered cores > this tech was based on Keshe technology!

I also made an other comment about 5G and "tech-2-bio interface" ...
The version of 5G which has been in progress of roll-out by the Cabal is , as we now know, damaging to all biological life ... Oxygen and Water in our cells are affected.
There are scientists who saw that this type of 5G even ACTIVATE VIRUSSES; that is > it OPENS UP a cell, makes it more accessable to virusses ... virusses to be contracted from the outside world (contamination) but also parts of virus-dna in vaccines !

Also there are ppl who show "SYMPTOMS" but do not have the coronavirus. This is also 5G related. It was said that ppl who came back from China had been exposed to 5G/wifi in the airplane(s) and that gives the same symptoms as the novel-coronavirus !!! (John Rapoport has great articles on that).


Anyways, The Cabal-version of 5G is HELL ... buttttt ... 5G stands for fifth generation communications, and it is NOT specified to a certain spectrum or wavelength (milimaterwave). The militairy and Cabal shose that specific range becoz of its hellish capabilities.

I have said (and predicted) that China, and Russia, will eventually come up with an alternative frequency for this 5th generation communication technology which has NOT the devastating characteristics. This alternative version is in my opinion already finished and waiting for the right time to be brought to the arena ...if they would have brought it to the table recently then the Cabal would have halted it. The Cabal wants to WIN this tech-race ! And with the "alternative version" they cant wreck havock in ppl as they want to.

If ppl see and understand en-mass what the Cabal-5G does and how it is inflicted in everything, then they are ready for something new and better ... > And this is when China will come foreward with their version ... and ppl will see China/Russia and the Saviors ...

The ideah behind all-connected tech doesnt ahve to be bad ... I thought about how some alien races also have "tech-2-bio" things that did not harm them. See it as a kind of cooperation. And NO we dont have to become cyborgs to do that ...

Sorry I was absent for so long :(
I have been not well for long. Many physical problems have been passing the road, and recently I had a severe concussion after an attack in which i was beaten KO. I nearly died .. I wasnt myself after that for months ... My brain was damaged. But I am not a quiter, and took care of myself, and now my nerves have created new pathways, and I can function again :D

The whole corona-thing just spiked my brain too, becoz it brought back all we learned from this place BEZERK.

I'm also not sure that this epidemic is such. We see so much on social media driving figures and numbers and imagery, yet those on the ground have a different story to tell.

I deal pretty much exclusively with China for so many things, and yes, they are on lock down, as are all the shipping companies, but I facetime and skype a lot with the people I deal with, in real time, and some have taken me for a walk to show me how stupid some of the claims are.

The gene specific targeting I'm also not sure about, as plenty of non-asians have been diagnosed also. Asian genes? Recessive genes maybe? I dont know. There does seem to be a strong AIDS/HIV relationship regarding construction of the weapon.

I dont trust the WHO as far as I could throw them. Their engineering of 'status' is so tied into political and business decision making and forward estimates/projections for these people, it borders on ridiculous.
