Holy Crap! Gulf of Mexico Littered With Discarded Military Weapons and Hazardous Waste.

Duh, anyone who's boated in the gulf of mexico could tell you that. Its usually listed on the nav charts as restricted area. Gulf area isn't the only areas either, there are areas off the cost of california and the coast of the carolinas that are restricted areas due to the presence of unexploded military munitions. Thankfully they usually are in deep water, ie water that is 3000m or deeper.
