She didn't learn English until she was 16 y/o and starting dating my father-in-law. Again, the whole point of my original statement was that drug use does kill synaptic nerves in the brain - it does decrease IQ, common sense and general judgment thinking skills. Also, here in the States, drug testing is more prevalent than it is in Canada. Therefore, when applying for the majority of decent jobs, you must pass a drug screen. If such drug screen does find illegal substances you will not be hired and if you do have a job, you will be fired. |
