The first time the Lord spoke to me was probably sometime around May of 2004. I felt a presence come upon me with a heavy blanket of warmth and I asked who are? "I am God," the voice responded. To which I simply stated "Well I don''t believe in you." "That's ok because I believe in you," he responded. You lived in France your youth, and you were born there I presume, if so then the greatest attachment was there, No matter what accent or what your family does, you have a good claim there, But I am not saying take down the whole Soul of France, just enough to keep you grounded, it doesn't have to be a spell, just the mete belonging will drift the currents your way, no need to pull them in. Although a good magician would manage to belong where he pleases and the process is easier. Remember that what we talk about here is so much more subtle to normal occultists, as subtle as their magic is to those who they call commoners, this is not reality to them, they cannot perceive it, yet it affects them and their surroundings, the ones they can't perceive..
