He does not appear to me in 3D. I can only see him as a speck flittering around my gaze., like dust in the air. Whenever I try to look at him, he has to move away. He doesn't want me to look at him directly. He is in a different dimension and can be in many places at once. He communicates with me telepathically. So you mention the most high and talk like you have met him, did he tell you his name? Can you describe your meeting with him please? I have met this fellah, he is a nice old man, bit stern sometimes, but overall, a nice helpful old dude.
