1000mg MAGNESIUM and 400mg CALCIUM each day permanently eliminated long-term chronic restless limbs for me. Used to be horrible, no sleep. Heard this once and tried it and never had a problem again. Hope this helps!  what form of Mg and Ca are they? what does it say on the bottles?
