If Catholic hospitals want to focus on helping babies instead of women, it's their constitional right.
No one can force the to prefrom abortions against their will. NO ONE. It is a matter of conscience.
IF they were forced to do so, the bishops would just close the hospitals down. 25 % of hospitals in the USA would cease to operate, and public health costs would simply explode.
