How Long does a Kundalini activation last once started?

Who told you it would end???????

There has been a progression since the beginning. It will either end in death or the full activation of the Merkabah.
I have a feeling it will happen in this lifetime. We will see , i guess.

First of all I would like to hear what type of sensation you experience which you consider kundalini. I have noticed most people have two type of kundalini. One which feels extremely hot or one which feels cold. I myself experienced kundalini awakening as cold sensation/energy which ascend from the bottom of my spine to crown chakra. Clearing all chakras and blockages on its way. It took couple of days, until it was done with all blockages. Sometimes I could even hear cracking sound when it did happen. But in the end it felt good and amazing when all that filth was cleared from my energy system. Like rebirth...

What you are describing sounds like kundalini symptoms before awakening. I had couple of them. For me whole progress of awakening was quite gentle.

Sorry, I have personal experience with things once opened that won't be closed. Maybe not your exact situation but similar I assure you. If things get out of hand I pray to God almighty- creator of all- in the name of Yeshua- to help me in very specific areas. The creator will come to your aid. Just be specific in your requests- Free me of "this" balance "this" lighten "this"- honestly hope this helps you- Peace...

Six years or more now, for me. I have wondered when it will end and I'm really hoping very soon. I thought I would go crazy but that was part of the whole thing. Learning to be detached from your own releases and controlling your reactions. Trust. Acceptance and Hope.

How long you have been seeking awakening? How long have you been preparing? Overall, I think kundalini is just gentle energy which when activated clears your energy ways and chakras. Also making them vibrating on whole new level, making you spiritually more sensitive.

If you are really seeking activation, you have to know how to meditate, calm your mind. Clear your mind of anger, hate and fear...any of these could block kundalini awakening.

LOL. That's the difference between thinking about it and actually experiencing it.

One of reasons why I used word "think" because there has been reported many types of experiences. In most cases like I said before either it feels like hot/or cold but does the same thing (activates chakras and clears them out)

It is a funny thing really and something in hindsight that i did seek without really knowing what i was seeking.
I have always had gnostic thoughts and beliefs since an early age. I am sure i was responsible for some poltergeistlike activities as a child and remember several weird experiences.
I remember knowing i was different somehow.
I went to the library onetime when i was around 15 / 16 and spotted a book on Astral projection and this bloke who wrote it had wrote the book like a diary of his trials and asventures in the astral realm. I decided to follow his techniques to get out of body.
I never really seemed to get anywhere much but then i started getting the very strong vibrations and strange pains in the head.
Nothing much happened for a few years and i would try this technique every now and then when i remembered. At this time and right up until after the awakening began i had not heard of kundalini.
I had a few OOBEs and lots of lucid dreams resulting from the technique that had progressed really into self taught methods. Didnt even realize i was putting myself in meditative states.. just thought that it was a technique for OOBE's.
Several years back now i had an urge to do it more often and in the daytime. I started getting a blowing sensation on my 3rd eye permanently and flushes of what i call a magnetic wind around my body. Then one day my crown flared up and felt electrified and a fountain like sensation coming out of my 3rd eye.
Its sort of been a permanent thing since then..
Maybe it aint kundalini but it has changed me dramatically.
Shouldnt really divulge such stuff. but people who know will know pure truth when they read it.

I believe you OP, I'm not quite where you are yet, however it sounds as though I will be in your situation soon enough.

I've been told that the earth is pulling in energies right now and each of us is a conduit. Which rings true to with me...random bursts if energy seem to be a common symptom among people all over the world whether they are aware of their spirit or not.

My belief is that it is totally cyclical. We rise and fall.
The Wheel of Time turns, and ages come and pass, leaving memories that become legend. Legends fade to myth, and even myth is long forgotten when the Age that gave it birth comes again.

How do you get this energy?

Have you thought about talking to a counselor or a psychologist about these delusions you have?

Are you experiencing anxiety attacks? Feelings like you're flying? Sexual mania? Addictive behavior?

sometimes have experienced anxiety but very rare. Fly a lot in lucid dreams, almost feels like training. Some addictive behaviour.

I wish they were delusions but this is a very physical phenomena.

I think it goes right back to my early oobe techniques.
It has taken a very long time to be honest.
Nothing with this thing has been quick.

Bad advice, psychologists consider anything which is not taught by the system as "delusion". Plus, anti-psychosis drugs are going to mess up your central nervous system. From energy/spiritual perspective it does even worse damage to individual.

You and I are cut from the same cloth, OP. I think we had subconscious codes activated at certain times. The gnostic proclivity, lucid dreams and downloads are all identical.

I think we are of a certain race (best guess to date is Sirius) and we have a destiny to fulfill. But, that's just the sub-plot. Don't know what this movie will look like, exactly. So, here we are...

Yup. Bad advice. I got told that I need to shut down my open connection by an "energy worker". They assumed that it should just be a cord rather than a funnel. I was "too open".

Damn good I saw through the bullshit.

I know this has to be a personal journey, but it would be good to have some guidance from time to time.
Something needs to give. If what i am feeling is just a personal thing or related to bigger things it doesnt seem to me that i will have long to find out.

Anyone know the meaning of "hearing" the sound (nada) of an explosion within? Sounds like a shotgun blast.

I once got touched on the forehead and got an almighty blast. could see bright light even though eyes were closed and an electric charge like blast that was very powerful.

Kundalini activations are different for everyone.
I am no expert but I know a lot about some things.

I had a premature kundalini activation a few yrs.back after years of meditation and spiritual study"which is just as important as the meditations".

First thing I noticed was my third chakra open up really strong.Then some of the other chakras opened up at different times to varying degrees sometimes really strong.It was a really pleasant experience.
All of this transpired over a few years.

I went to a meditation retreat where we were doing light body"merkaba meditations" Of which I had done a lot of in the past.

I started seeing the auras of some people.and when one of the persons running the retreat would channel I could see the light being manifest from behind him at 30 degrees go into him like flashing bright light, Then the light would go up from behind him at roughly 30 degrees.And when he would stop channeling the bright light would stop and disappear behind him at about a 30-40 degree angle and at about 4-5 feet behind him.It was amazing.That was the only time I could do that.I went to see Kryon and some other person channel in Hawaii later on to see if I could still see "nothing".

Anyway on one meditation towards the end of the retreat I felt this energy go from the top of my head down,like I was going to burn up,I mean I was drenched couldn't breath correctly and had tears running out of my eyes "which I didn't realize until I got to the bathroom",I actually felt like I was going to die for a couple of moments.

Experiences are different some people I have heard some have had the burning sensation for years.

Find someone thats an expert in energy work and they could help you move your energy better.

But just as important is the spiritual consciousness side it's just as important.

I wish i could find someone that could guide but i dont feel a connection to anyone ive so far seen or read about.
Im sure there are some out there but the ones that are flogging their wares are charlattan.
When i see it though i will know.
