Everyone will be either blown open or weld fused shorted together. Every diode and transistor (in processors and stand alone) in every car, truck, generator, emergency generator, power distribution control system, sewage and water control system, aircraft, boat, ship, train, motocycle, pace maker and all medical everything, every phone, tv, radio, many clocks, all commercial and industrial control systems, etc. ... and the on shelf spares for everything not in a Faraday cage.
