Why isn't she nailing all these companies with fines? A few fines and they'd be hiring US labor again, the illegals would leave AZ, and AZ could use the fine money to keep some of their public services going.

Instead she has a great scam to keep the voters from seeing the real issue - the economy. She refuses to enforce the laws already in place to keep the voters safe, and the idiot voters, vote her back in because they can't see they've been had.
