As far as the last statement, we have immigration laws set into place and they are not being enforced period. Instead of wasting peoples time with a lawsuit, maybe Potus should actually consider taking control and having our immigration laws enforced.

The law is NOT unconstitutional, it's simply the result of the federal government failing to do its job, so the state has to step in. No one has a problem with a LEGAL immigrant... there are laws and procedures in place for that... hell, my great-grandparents came over from Germany, It's the illegals that folks have issues with.

My solution is to shoot them on sight... a few hundred get shot and watch them run back across like the roachs they are.
