Simple math.
Lab results show 430 ppm of Proplyene Glycol in Gulf water, not oil, water!
Propylene Glycol is 1-5% in corexit.
To achieve 430 ppm of Propylene Glycol in water, 8,600 to 43,000 ppm of Corexit would be needed.
