When Adam and Eve sinned, ALL OF HUMANKIND became cursed with Sin, because ALL OF HUMAN KIND is descended from Adam and Eve.

Sin became manifest in Adam's generations.
This is what God meant when HE said to Adam and Eve that the day they eat of the fruit of the knowledge of Good and Evil, they would surely DIE.

Because they would have disobeyed God and committed a SIN.
The wages of SIN = Death.
That is PURE JUSTICE.
That A PURE GOD cannot tolerate any evil = PURE JUSTICE.

Sin is the manifestation of Evil. When man sinned, he became evil or evil entered into Adam and Eve and all his generations.

Because this sin had permeated all of Adam and Eve and their offspring, ALL HUMANKIND was under the sentence of DEATH for the JUSTICE of SIN = DEATH.

This is why God, who is the ultimate JUDGE and author of Justice, must carry out HIS JUSTICE on SIN that is on mankind. That is why ALL MEN and WOMEN are under the curse of SIN and therefore DEATH and therefore the JUSTICE OF GOD, which is HIS WRATH.

The ultimate expression of God's wrath as we understand according to HIS Word, is the Lake of Burning Fire that burns forever against those who have the curse of Sin on their person.

But God being also the AUTHOR OF PURE LOVE, did not want to see all of mankind enter into eternal death in the Lake of Fire for the SIN that is in them. For if they were to have been judged, all of mankind would have been found guilty of the SIN in their lives.

What is the measure that SIN is measured against? Why it is the LAW = THE 10 COMMANDMENTS.

But no one has lived up to the LAW, for no man accept Jesus Christ obeyed the 10 Commandments perfectly.

Only Jesus Christ did.

And before Jesus Christ, we as a race was condemned, and this was the intent of SATAN from the very beginning to condemn mankind to his own fate, which is eternal death. This is how EVIL Satan is.

Therefore because God is the author of PURE LOVE, HE did not want mankind to die.

He sent HIMSELF (came HIMSELF), in the person of Jesus Christ, and came down AS A MAN, to die on the cross for us.

Now, the mystery here is that God somehow LIMITED Himself as a man, when HE came as a man, being fully man and yet also being God.

Therefore, Jesus Christ, Son of God, came and FULFILLED THE LAW PERFECTLY (meaning HE kept the Law pefectly that HE obeyed it to the FULL - all of the 10 commandments) as a MAN and was found WORTHY to be a sacrifice for mankind.

Jesus Christ died for our sins, following His Father's will, HIS WILL, to do so, so that HE could save all of mankind by His one sacrifice, that WHOSOEVER BELIEVETH IN HIM, should not perish but be forgiven by this act of Love that HE did, by HIS grace.

BUT YOU HAVE TO BELIEVE AND TRUST IN JESUS CHRIST THAT THIS IS WHAT HE DID.

That is why it is also given as a credit of RIGHTEOUSNESS that YOU choose this path when it is presented to YOU.

Because of your RIGHTEOUSNESS (your willingness to accept God's will and His Son's Sacrifice) you are saved by HIS grace, His act of Love, because you CHOOSE to believe in the act that Jesus Christ did as atonement for your sins.

Because you believe it, you are covered by what Jesus Christ did on the cross, for God recognizes your BELIEF in what HIS Son, HE DID, on the cross and credits YOU that as being RIGHTEOUS, of choosing what is RIGHT or GOOD.
