I read in dutch what he has been seeing afterwards. Or Balki knows about Nesara, and/or shifted energy, or something inside him woke up. Or, he is sucking up to us to do another referendem. But with this percentage that would be totally laughable.

I think this time I gonna see and stay neutral and see golden light everywhere and around everybody. Something wonderful is gonna come out of the energies of those No´s of France and the Netherlands.
