You can not absorb calcium without vitamin D production, and you can't absorb vitamin D from tablets too well either. The best form of vitamin D is created from your liver using the cholesterol you ingest. Sorry but meat and animal products are a necessity to healthy living. |

Soooo how is it that you then need to start eating all this other stuff in order to live? I don't buy it. I don't think the body needs all that other stuff. If it does then HOW does a fetus live in the womb? HOW did Jesus survive 40 days in the desert? People can fast for long times too. I'm still wondering if this 'machine' that we inhabit can survive on carbon, oxygen, and maybe water alone? I know we can survive on much simpler substances. Just thinkin out loud ![]() Yea people can fast for a long time I did a water fast for 1 week had some coffee to it felt good there is a time for everything there are different qualities of life to some molecules are more beneficial and protective than others its good to eat intelligently I believe a person, please God could live healthy and long and eating certain thing can help to attain this. |
