KRSNA [PRONOUNCED KRISHNA] is a name of God [THE FATHER OF LORD JESUS CHRIST/CHRISTOS/KRSNA] in the Sanskrit language [the oldest language of them all] Actually, there are unlimited names in various different languages designating and describing the unlimited forms, qualities and pastimes of the Supreme Personality [God]. The English translation of this particular name, of that one and only Supreme Personality, refers to His incomparable, all attractive quality. Bhagavan is also another name of God in the Sanskrit language, which literally means the one who is full in all opulences [strength, fame, wealth, knowledge, beauty and renunciation].

IN THE BEGINNING WAS THE WORD, AND THE WORD WAS WITH GOD, AND THE WORD WAS GOD!!!

Despite their understanding of the teachings of Jesus, who so clearly explained that he had so much more information to impart, so many of us, so often exhibit the debilitating, diseased symptoms displayed by the intensely intrusive infliction, referred to herein as blind rejection of any further enlightenment involving perfectly acceptable, bonafide spiritual information; mercifully, munificently and magnanimously provided, stubbornly clinging to what little they know about what little knowledge they may already possess, even while sometimes insidiously requesting further clarification, completely regardless of it's authenticity. Such as it has always been whenever encountering a prophet or even Jesus of Nazareth himself, the people of the time claim that although in the past there were the rejected few who were actually true, this could not possibly apply to you, or the lessons you are teaching.

I tell you this, some of that information referred to herein, that at that time those individuals had not he ears to bear, had already been made readily available elsewhere for others who in fact actually had the receptive capacity and intense inclination to receive it. Does it really come as such a surprise that the Middle East isn't the only part of this world, or even this universe, that God has ever revealed anything significant and altogether noteworthy. But what of such a passage in question? Would that not be classified as an addition to the prophecies of the "book," as it's put in the end of the book of Revelation, you ask. Now, if an unauthorized author, for example were to compose his or her own theosophical thesis, then add it to the book of John, claiming that it was originally there all along, then that of course that would rightly be classified as plagiarism, but in consideration of the fact that if everything God had ever revealed were put into writing, there would not be enough paper on the planet with which to transcribe it, isn't it conceivable that throughout history on other parts of the planet there were actually those who had conceived and composed divinely inspired revelations and recollections respectively, in the same way those like John had done, and who didn't dare to add their own historical accounts of occurrences witnessed and experienced at other times, in other parts of the world, to the writings of any book contained in the Bible, presenting them as Biblical scripture? What fact could be more obvious?!!! As a matter of fact, there are a vast array of innumerable, divinely inspired accounts of such occurrences, still readily available to this day, for the sincere seekers of vital and immensely beneficial revelations that have not added anything to Bible, nor has the bible added anything to them, nor in addition is there any contradictions to be found in either of them. Furthermore, every factor of logic, reasoning and even true scientific analysis, what to speak of every bonafide method of spiritual discernment, that is conclusively applied to the Bible, undeniably and irrefutably renders the same correct conclusion regarding the authenticity of all such tested, other divinely inspired literatures.

I HEREBY CHALLENGE EACH AND EVERY ONE OF YOU OUT THERE TO COME UP WITH JUST ONE GOOD REASON WHY THE BIBLE IS BELIEVED IN, THAT ANYONE CAN'T ALSO SAY IS A PERFECTLY LEGITIMATE REASON FOR BELIEVING IN THE GOD GIVEN SCRIPTURE CALLED THE BHAGAVAD GITA AS IT IS. Some more recent Yogi's, such as Swami Yukteswar, give supporting evidence that the extremely large number of years that have been traditionally interpreted just do not make sense. It is ridiculous to believe that it should take humans tens of millions of years to progress and degress. It is now believed that the ones who wrote these years wanted to keep their subjects in certain yugas and specifically to believe that the Kali Yuga was not approaching because they knew it would cause panic.

It makes much more sense that the yuga cycles are in a 24,000 year cycle, this would be a reasonable time for humans to evolve and devolve. Not to mention that this time frame fits in perfectly with the precessional cycle, in which the signs of the zodiac filter the universal energy to humans in this solar system during certain ages.

When you compare the most recent past ages of mankind and what yuga cycle they were in it is a perfect match. A perfect time table.

However, I believe that the much larger years do refer to the Almighty and not humans. It is the macro and the human cycle of 24,000 years is the micro of the universe.

THE SCIENCE OF SELF REALIZATION pg. 61, 62:

Some spiritual teachers say, "In my opinion you should do this," but this is not a guru. Such so-called gurus are simply rascals. The genuine guru has only one opinion, and that is the opinion expressed by Krsna, Vyasadeva, Narada, Arjuna, Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu, and the Goswamis. Five thousand years ago Lord Sri Krsna spoke the Bhagavad-gita, and Vyasadeva recorded it. Srila Vyasadeva did not say, "This is my opinion." Rather, he wrote, sri bhagavan uvaca, that is, "The Supreme Personality of Godhead says." Whatever Vyasadeva wrote was originally spoken by the Supreme Personality of Godhead. Srila Vyasadeva did not give his own opinion.

Consequently, Srila Vyasadeva is a guru. He does not misinterpret the words of Krsna, but transmits them exactly as they were spoken. If we send a telegram, the person who delivers the telegram does not have to correct it, edit it, or add to it. He simply presents it. That is the guru's business. The guru may be this person or that, but the message is the same; therefore it is said that guru is one. In disciplic succession we simply find repetition of the same subject. . . . . The six Goswamis also transmitted the same message, and we are simply following in their footsteps. There is no difference. We do not interpret the words of Krsna by saying, "In my opinion, the Battlefield of Kuruksetra represents the human body." Such interpretations are set forth by rascals. In the world there are many rascal gurus who give their own opinion, but we can challenge any rascal.

BHAGAVAD-GITA AS IT IS INTRODUCTION

Vedic knowledge is not a question of research. Our research work is imperfect because we are researching things with our imperfect senses. We have to accept perfect knowledge which comes down, as is stated in Bhagavad-gita, by the parampara (disciplic succession). We have to receive knowledge from the proper source in disciplic succession beginning with the supreme spiritual master, the Lord Himself, and handed down to a succession of spiritual masters. Arjuna, the student who took lessons from Lord Sri Krsna, accepts everything that He says without contradicting Him. One is not allowed to accept one portion of Bhagavad-gita and not another. No. We must accept Bhagavad-gita without interpretation, without deletion and without our own whimsical participation in the matter.

The Vedic knowledge is infallible because it comes down through the perfect disciplic succession of spiritual masters beginning with the Lord Himself. The Vedic knowledge is received from the transcendental sources and the first word was spoken by the Lord Himself. The words spoken by the Lord are called apauruseya, not delivered by any person of the mundane world. A living being of the mundane world has four defects, which are 1. that he must commit mistakes. 2. he must sometimes be illusioned. 3. he must try to cheat others and 4. he is endowed with imperfect senses. With these four principles of imperfection one cannot deliver perfect information in the matter of all-pervading knowledge. The Vedas are not known like that. The Vedic knowledge was originally imparted into the heart of Brahma, the first created living being, and Brahma in his turn disseminated the knowledge to his sons and disciples, who have continued the process down through history.

[If you carefully study the documented historical accounts of "progress," meticulously recorded in the Vedic scriptures, you will learn that actually human society was far more advanced than it is today. The world has regressed considerably, not only spiritually but materially as well.

There once was a demon, named Maya Danava, who was rescued from a forest fire by the great spiritual warrior known as Arjuna. As a reward, he offered Arjuna the knowledge of what we now know as modern technology, but Krsna (God) advised against it, informing Arjuna that the current civilization they lived in was far superior to what will occur in the future and that he was much better off without it!]

Furthermore, there is ample and extensive, scientific evidence available, substantiating the fact that rather than progressing, human society has actually been digressing considerably, thus confirming the Vedic conclusions and historical accounts, what to speak of the prophecies.

As a matter of fact, there are entire sciences that, for all practical purposes, have literally been lost down through the ages. Take manipulation of sound vibration, for example, which, somewhat recently has barely begun to be revived. In this day and age, some experimentation has been conducted to determine how the different types of music affect people's behavior, during their attendance of concerts, for example, and the way they shop at the grocery stores. There's also the scientific technology of ultrasound practiced in modern medicine.

Somewhat recently, scientists discovered a method that enabled them to split the atom, utilizing modern technological contrivances, which they use for the construction of devastating devices of destruction.

In the first chapter of a book I came across recently, called 2,000 A.D. by Charles Norberg, he recalls encountering several acquaintances who had studied the Vedic scripture called the Mahabharata, which provides detailed descriptions of ancient wars, wherein the usages of what are referred to as celestial weapons were adopted. One of these weapons is called the brahmastra. From these scriptures, we learn that, just as modern scientists are now able to split the atom with modern, technological devices, the former inhabitants of this planet were able to accomplish this task by the utilization of the formerly, well known science, classified as manipulation of sound vibration. All types of knowledge are taught in the Vedas.

By vibrating a mantra, sometimes called an incantation, with perfect volume, rhyme, meter and pitch, as learned from spiritual authorities, commonly referred to as preceptors, who were well versed and practiced in this divinely revealed, scientific art, the atom and nucleus could be altered to empower primitive weapons, like the arrows used with bows, to produce an impact equivalent to, or even more intense than, a modern nuclear war head.

Naturally, these acquaintances Charles Norberg referred to in his book all simply wrote these descriptions off as mythology, that was until shortly after the so-called, first atomic explosion was detonated in Hiroshima and thousands of eye witness accounts were duly recorded. After studying and remembering how similar their descriptions were to those they had formerly read, that were written about a world war, which had been recorded in the Mahabharata, called the Battle of Kuruksetra, that, according to this scripture had taken place in a part of what is now known as India, 5,000 years ago, astonished, intrigued and captivated, some of them lead expeditions, consisting of archaeologists, historians and scientists, to the site where this war was documented to have occurred. There, with appropriate equipment, a construction team dug deep into the dirt to the level that it was scientifically determined dated back to that particular time period in question. There, much to their amazement, they discovered formerly melted, rock formations, that, according to their carbon dating analysis procedure, had in fact been transformed in that way during that ancient era and with the assistance other modern, scientific devices, concluded that only some, presently unknown, type of nuclear device could have possibly caused this to happen. By the grace of the illusory energy of Godhead we are now engaged more and more in the dangerous type of work in this machine-age. The machine-age is the result of dangerous type of work. When we leave aside the culture of spiritualism, we are entangled in the dangerous type of work. Nobody can live for a moment without work and therefore when finer elements are made to stop working, gross materialism occupies the devil's brain. The result is that we have now come to the age of nuclear weapons for the destruction of material civilization. By the law of nature, the nuclear weapons have been produced for crushing the result of blind-materialism.

The peace move of different powers of the world, by the false gesture of suspending the experiments of dangerous weapons--may be very much pleasing to the comparatively weak nations--but these temporary peace-moves will prove useless by the law of material nature. When the dangerous weapons are produced, they must be utilised for annihilation of blind materialism by the plan of the Daivi Maya or the external energy of Godhead. The problem can be solved when they are taught about their spiritual identity.

The soul-killing civilization is progressively taking to the dangerous type of work by invention of huge mechanical means. The illusory energy is creating this atmosphere for blind materialism and on the other hand she is arranging for their destruction also. Such opposite methods are called illusory energy. The human energy is thus misused for breaking the same thing which is produced by the same energy. It is something like blazing the fire and extinguish it by pouring water simultaneously--a sign of insanity or spoiling the valuable human energy meant for spiritual culture. History has been repeated so many times and many many leaders of materialism like Napoleon, Hitler and others now remain in name only without any sign of the material progress planned by them. De-Stalinisation has already begun in Russia. Nobody is enjoying the result of civilization created by atheists like Ravana, Kamsa, Aurangzeb, Napoleon or Hitler. Everything is in oblivion and this teaches us the lesson that the materialistic plans of the present age will also meet with the same fate after a lapse of 50 years. Therefore blind materialism does not bring in any permanent relief in the world.

Next Kalki - In all proto Slavic languages the word KAL (KI) means mud, which logically points that he will be Avatar in the time of MUD , or when civilization will be in the mud. Mud is according to my opinion also meta-fore of materialism, since the matter is mud ... hence he will come in the time of fearsome materialism, and unbalance between matter and spirit.
