McGovern: New ´Deep Throat´ Needed For Iraq

Bush mislead the nation on a fraudulent enterprise in Iraq

by OfficialWire NewsDesk

WASHINGTON, D.C. -- (OfficialWire) -- 06/04/05 -- The U.S. media needs a modern-day "Deep Throat" within the Bush administration to reveal how America was "misled" on Iraq, former presidential contender George McGovern said.

"We need someone like that who is highly placed to tell us what´s really going on. We know that we were misled on Iraq," McGovern told Fox News Radio.

"I wish there were somebody of the Deep Throat time in this administration who are aware of what´s going on," McGovern said.

"This war in Iraq, in my opinion is worse than anything Nixon did. I think Nixon deserved to be expelled from office in view of the cover-up that he carried on and the laws that he violated.

"But we have an administration in power now that led us to a war that is internationally illegal; it´s a war that we are fighting with a country that has no threat to us that has nothing to do with the 9-11 attacks."

"This man claims to be Christian, following the will of God, and then he misleads the whole nation on a totally fraudulent enterprise in Iraq that we should have never been attached to," McGovern said referring to George W. Bush.

A Deep Throat won´t work this time because the MSM refuses to report what´s going on. We´ve already had FBI agents, among others, try tell what they know and mainstream news simply ignores it.

We don´t need deep throat, we need congressmen and senators that are not looking the other way.

The evidence of the 9/11 lies is overwhelmimg.

Deep throat. A fine example of what happens when a REAL insider blows the whistle.

An entire administration brought down.

Remember that the next time you read some fringe web site about some ´insider´ blowing the whistle...

You have to have someone to blow the whistle TO or it doesn´t work. Despite the desperate claims of certain people here that there is no evidence of wrongdoing, people have already come forward. They´ve just been ignored.

The links above don´t work because the automatic linking is ending at the point where they wrap to a second line, so the link is incomplete. Manually cut and paste both halves of the link in sequence into your browser´s address bar and hit return or click go. That works.

"people have already come forward. They´ve just been ignored"

BULLSHIT. If the right people come forward, they CANNOT be ignored. Deep throat could NOT be ignored because he had the goods.

Claiming people have come forward but been ignored is a bogus cop out and YOU know it.

Richard Clarke? Paul O´Neil? Who know who they are don´t you? And they´ve claimed publicly and in writing that the Iraq war was being planned from the very first days these treasonous crooks took office. What good has it done so far? The press half-heartedly reported their charges then dropped the stories like hot potatoes. Until the press or Congress starts acting on this information, it´s going to take more than merely reporting the truth to get something done.

I´m not saying we shouldn´t encourage more people to come forward, I´m saying people have already come forward and have been effectively ignored. We´ve got to make it clear to TPTB that we aren´t going to take ignoring the truth any longer.

A.C. 551, you wrote:

End

We read so much, A.C. 551, fringe web sites and "high-falutin" ones, too. Hard to accurately discern a REAL "insider" from others.
