"There's been no indication that any seafood is even remotely close to being at any level of concern. Find me the concern and prove it to me." Quoting: WeltsmertzInteresting article here [link to www.nola.com] I have or had watched the oil and dispersant chemicals pour into the gulf for 90+days....and I read articles about the chemicals and the hazards and I CANNOT SEE HOW THE FISH are not effected by the mix of toxins spewed into the GOM. I am sure we all have bookmarked articles about the toxins, lets review them carefully before we decide to eat FISH FROM THE GOM! And now it is officially open and read this the fisherman are heading out to get fish for people to buy and eat! National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration officials followed a strict protocol before approving the reopening, according to John Stein, program manager for the agency’s seafood safety program, based in Pascagoula, Miss. From June 23-July 13, the agency sent fishermen out to collect 52 samples of fish species from the area. This is funny too..."Scientists needed to know exactly where and when the fish were caught. Eventually, the fish went to a lab in Pascagoula, where they were examined by experts, whose highly developed sense of smell and taste can detect oil and dispersant, Stein said' Nice one, they did then send the samples on for chemical testing too. [link to www.adn.com] REALLY 52 samples and some trained sniffers! Well now I am convinced it must be safe!! I aint eating that shit. Its off the menu for evah. |

Friedrich Nietzsche if I did not feel so sad as I look at them. Sad because they do not know the truth and I do know it. Oh, how hard it is to be the only one who knows the truth!
