Okay, here's the deal;

Every since I was young, I would be able to close my eyes, and focus.
During this focus I would feel an extreme sensation running from my genitals, up through my stomach, through my throat, and out through my forehead.

Now, I've leaved a lot since I was a kid.
So now I see it as;
I can focus on my energy, and feel it move through my chakras REALLY easily.
For example, I can do this with my eyes open.
I do this while moving, driving, typing, talking, ect.

The feeling is a good 3-10 seconds long, longer if I focus really hard.

I've started practicing with this.
If my girlfriend is having a bad day, I will hold her and feel such energy move through me, and try to put the good vibrations into her.
...And it ALWAYS works!
...And, I've tried it on three different people.

Does this have a name?
An explaination?

There are many things I can do with it.
That is just one example.
But, it makes me feel amazing anytime I'm thinking evil thoughts.
It's like I'm one with the light for that instant.

I used to push these things very hard 10 to 12 years ago and have had simular experiences but I have laid off heavy meditations. I primarily use them now to keep my inner peace..I never really could control them cause I always pushed forward as hard as I could until one day I blew through the other side..lol...comming back was a bitch to say the least..it freaked me out enough that I decided to ease off of it until I could understand it better then maybe I could control it.

I think everyone can do it...just not everyone is aware of it or senses it enough to be aware of it...

if this is true it will come to ya, and you will realize it at that moment...I once pulled a girl out of a panic attack and she said she had never experienced anything like it..it was gone in a heart beat and she felt fine...she wouldn`t leave me alone for a long time...it feels more like channeling to me

also related to your DNA unlocking i have similar experiences since i was young... we are Healers- IMO- with other powers to yet to be unlocked.... everyone has a specific gift in there DNA Code... healer- channeler- gift of SIGHT- gift of strong Qui Projections- etc etc.. endless... more powers will surface within your spirit body and physical body as we move closer to the EVOLUTION period we are currently in.... stay positive and keep practicing!

Yes, you can definately help people with your energy. And you can even help difuse world problems. Go deep into meditation and work with these healing energies. You can build them up into huge, concentrated globes of energy and then direct them to anyone or anywhere it is needed.

I have tried to send energy to people who live 300miles away.

I don't think I'll ever know if they've received it.

A place i didn`t want to come back from...an unbelievable experience I will share with you sometime..it`ll take some writing and time...I just shared it with my wife a few months ago and bits and pieces of it here but not in detail..
