This works with anyone you have a close relationship with. If one of my kids are praying for me, I can feel it, and it produces a very peaceful feeling. I know, from having talked with them, that it works both ways ... if I am praying for them, they experience a peaceful feeling.

Honestly don't mean to be rude, but sex with you must be amazing. After all, sexuality is predominantly electrical. I wonder if you have what I do. I can't explain it but if I relax a certain way I feel like I'm stoned for a minute. However, I've never done drugs so I'm only going off of what others have told me being stoned is like. Anyway...if you're truly transfering energy, maybe you're depleting your own. If I let my energy flow it almost tickles in my legs and I have to hold my breath, which seems to be zapped immediately and I feel the need to breathe far faster than if I'm just holding my breath like normal.

It's a misperception to believe that dark is stronger than light.

Hi. I practiced energy control for improving my martial arts. When I didn't find any combat energy practitioners therefore I started studying Reiki under a master and became a Reiki master myself. I was hoping to reverse the healing techniques and make them offensive and defensive and I was successful. I can say there is a hectic drawback of healing others, even if you ground yourself and recycle the energy very well, some grime stays behind and the more people you heal the worse it will become for you. There must be periods of rest for yourself where you can recover, but it really sucks, so I stopped healing others all together. The most important thing you must know/learn is never help/heal a person unless he/she asks you for it. If you go against that rule things get fucked up, one can call it invasion of privacy.

stop doing reiki, learn Quantum Touch. It eliminates that issue of picking up someone's illness energy.
In QT, the practitioner raises their own vibrations thru a disciplined awareness of the body and breathing techniques, and applies their raised energy level to the recipient for the recipient's body to absorb, relying on the body's built-in knowledge to heal itself, not any forced intent.

It is true your point on getting permission, because the recipient needs to be accepting of the energies and the willingness to be ready to get better to facilitate healing.

Definitely look into Kundalini, and Quantum Touch. re. sex, You could have alot of fun with Tantra. Even doing the QT technique and applying it to your partner's spine (connect tail with head using hands, follows polarity therapy), or into solar plexus, I have found can cause full-body twitches (like the chi video guy).

Experiment on wilted plants, change the taste of apple cider.. plenty of real-world demonstrable effects if you need to show someone.

Yeah, I just tried it and I can do it. Don't know what to do with the ability either. Sometimes I can raise my vibration- just by taking deep breaths and thinking about feeling and projecting love. Someone told me that I almost glow with love when I do that. I was trying to help this sick and depressed person by sending out positive vibes at the time. I should concentrate on doing that more because I'm pretty negative and worry a lot of the time. Maybe it would help me draw more positive stuff into my life.

Two people on seperate occasions have told me my aura is a very bright neon red colour.

Took me 3min to take and alter that pic when I took it last year.

That makes sense. Electrical charge springs from area where is root chakra which is connected to our sexuality. Especially during sex, when man ejaculates. You can feel strong electrical charge moving from base of your spine to head and out of there (crown chakra). But this shouldnt be confused with kundalini, as it is not really. It is just sexual energy which is being released. Of course, after you do it, you might left feeling empty. Depends how sexually charged individual you are. Some don't get tired even after many times. It takes couple of days for root chakra to get fully charged again.

That energy, also just doesn't feel electrical but hot/warm.

I've stopped doing Reiki like I said, I only needed the knowledge so to reverse it (kinda went against my muster hehe). I've also done qi-gong, tai-chi, 7 star mantis kung fu, tae kwan do, SAMBO, muay thai. Through experience of using my skills a lot, I have come to current conclusion that all that stuff like special movements and energy symbols etc. are there for amateurs. To make it easier to focus on the task at hand, but actually useless rules created by another person. Like a lot of people here say... it is natural. Myself personally do not need QT. It is now automatic. Oh and I wouldn't advise showing this stuff to a lot of people, they either spread rumors or become stalkers, very few normal reactions haha.

I think it's important to communicate with others about techniques but to say that there is only one or another that works is misleading...

Each person in their individual talents are completely different...what works for ONE will not work for all...this is where many people give up on progressing their "abilities"...

Meditation for me does NOT work...I can't sit still and breathe and empty my head...it WILL NEVER work for me...but I found what does on my own...by listening to my soul/body/intuition/god/interactions with nature...all of it...if you can tune in to you it's easy to find out what works for YOU.

Try it all...but don't get discouraged if someone else's program or way don't work for you...
