That verse is a spiritual verse, not some physical pissing contest verse..

I am interested in this aswell. My grandma used to drink her urine from time to time and I found it gross, but apparently her Russian witch medicine has grounds..

Wells without water... Dryer than stone.

It is a sterile fluid and so it has been used to wash wounds in the past, during wars and such or when nought else was available.
Just piss on it is a good remedy as it washes the wound clean.

If you eat a lot of protein or funky vegetables like asparagus you won't want to drink it as it stinks.
But from what I have read it is good for many things which ail us.
Use it as a skin and hair rinse.
I have tried that and it does help with skin issues to a degree.
I have not done much with this therapy though....too much protein in the diet still.

I'm just completely amazed that so many of you have heard about this... and some have actually tried it!!

This one is hilarious!

The dark, cloudy, and smelly urine of anyone on the standard US diet of soda pop, fries, and hamburgers would be extremely unpleasant to drink.

But a healthy diet, relatively meat-free and with plenty of vegetables and fruit, produces a clear and quite innocuous urine.

It could even be passed off as a very weak green tea and nobody would notice.

Try reading the entire Chapter 5 of Proverbs. It's about the perils of adultery. Some people will take a verse out of the Bible, out of context, and try to twist it to support all kinds of goofy ideas.

Will eating your own shit be good for you also?

I've done several times.

And trying it more often. This is first time I've ever talked about it as I've never told a soul.

Not only that, I put on my face, in my eyes, sniff it up my nose and just recently started putting it in my ears.

I eat a lot of raw vegetables, but I do eat meat too. Don't drink pop. Try and stay away from anything with corn syrup in it. And been exercising often the last few months.

Long term benefits I don't know yet. Some short term benefits have noticed have been better sleep, clearing up the sinuses softer skin when applied on the face and increased libido.

I haven't noticed any negative side effects from it.


I'm 36 years old. For the past 16 years I've felt disoriented often. It sounds strange but I feel a lot worse after I take a shower. It affects my ability to think clearly, and sleep.

I've slowly been integrating my more healthy habits in life. Trying to live a healthier lifestyle has helped somewhat but really not that much. The urine therapy has not made a detrimental effect on how I feel either. Although, since the last 3 days I've been using urine in my ears and I've noticed sleeping a little better which has been a big problem for me.

Days that I get more sleep, I definitely feel much better. So I'll see what happens in the next coming weeks.

Try to use clean soap, such as homemade ones you find in a farmers market, and not the wonder-bars at the supermarket. those soaps make you wonder whats in them! Maybe the titanium and other strange ingredients are getting into your pores and making you drowsy.

Pee and poop come out of different holes for a reason, they should be separate. Plants LOVE a 10% dilution of urine when you water them.

use it in my hair every time i shower. i have not used soap in my hair but once this year after camping, and it is as clean as any shampooey hair. it is also my preferred liquid for fasting, as it eliminates hunger, and accelerates the detox process. it sounded crazy to me too when i heard about it, but it really is a miracle we've been blinded from to regard urine with revulsion.

What the heck does the Bible verse have to do with anything?! If you read all of Proverbs 5 it's talking about adultery. Verse 15 is saying to stick with your own spouse, don't take someone else's.
And a cistern isn't a toilet....it's just a water collector...a tank to hold water.
