Murder is the taking of innocent life.

In the past, kids like this were stoned to death, and it wasn't "murder".

And it wasn't like the kids weren't warned many times FIRST. And if the kids PARENTS were the ones who failed to discipline their kid, then THEY should be stoned to death instead of the child (who did not receive the proper discipline).


That system worked surprisingly well. Very little incidence of crazy kids, or negligent parents.

I think you are overreacting to people speaking out in anger. People say things like this when they are outraged. It doesn't mean they are planning a trip to Canada to kill the boy. Talk means very little. It's actions that count.

Speaking of actions, this boy is not only trespassing, breaking & entering, and torturing & killing animals, but has also now assaulted a 3-year old child.

I personally think he's moving up to bigger game and that the 3-year old might have become his first human victim if the toddler's mother had not caught this budding serial killer in the act and intervened.

People are frustrated, because it doesn't seem there's anything that can be done about this. The boy is too young to be charged, and the fact that he's able to get away with it for now is only encouraging him.

He's getting no guidance at home. His father enjoys killing animals as well, and the boy has next to no supervision. He's allowed to roam the neighborhood freely to do whatever he wants.

As for solid medical reasons for neurological damage, the boy is the product of inbreeding between parents who are blood relatives, so I'm sure there are medical issues in this case.

I guess that the bed-wetters that I've known over the years, have just been REALLY secretive about their serial killer tendencies. And even though they had a physical problem that caused them to wet the bed, maybe the trauma that this caused them made them turn to serial killing, as an outlet for their frustration.

No it isn't. It's premeditated unlawful killing of a person. It makes no difference if the person is "innocent" or not. If somebody got found guilty of murder and then you ran in and shot them, that would still be murder by you.

If the state executes someone found GUILTY of murder, then that is not murder. If the state executes an INNOCENT person, then THAT is murder.

Murder is the taking of innocent life. You can kill a person without "murdering" them. If someone breaks into your home and threatens your family, then it is not "murder" to blow their head off. UNLESS, you do it AFTER you (or someone else) is no longer in danger.

every time you reproduce your dna is mixed up and switched around... some things are turned on, and some things are turned off... many genetic diseases skip generations for no apparent reason... dna controls EVERYTHING

This kid needs help for if he is doing these things at age 8 what will he do as he ages? He either has psych problems or has been very abused himself and is acting out. Either way he is going to progress further into depravity without help.

Where is science when you need it? The need to find the genetic markers or isolate the defective genes so that people like that get flushed before they draw breath.

This kid is a psychopath, and there is no rehabilitation for those, nothing cures them and nothing makes them normal.

The only thing this kid will learn is how to improve his "pretending to be normal", skill set so that he can blend into a group of future victims without setting off any of their alarm bells.
