My apologies, I didn't read all pages in this thread, yet.

Does anyone follow a high fat, low carb diet while being a vegetarian?

I've been vegetarian for 5 years. I do not eat processed foods, refined sugars and avoid gluten. I was, however, consuming rice crackers and noodles. No problem giving them up.

I need more fat in my diet and tend to go with nuts, cheese, avocados, etc.

What are some things that other vegetarians do on this plan?
