Yes I have, it's unlikely. But if haarp and cern lhc is both adding up to cause all the disasters? By the math because of how powerful cern lhc is, haarp is only giving a boost of 1-3% at most and cern is contributing over 97%. And those at the haarp project would be unknowingly boosting the cern side effects. As it is ideally no reason for haarp operators to even think that cern lhc is doing so much damage, and if they did, they wouldn't speculate past that point. But like I said, it is unlikely haarp is boosting these events, because haarp is a harmonic amplitude resonator and it's damm near impossible to change any Natural planetary cycle with Harmonic waves. Logically, I'd rather deal with removing the 97% threat and deal with small potatoes after . So as I've said, everyone should be more concerned with cern lhc.
