check out the second rov feed with the cables going out of the seafloor. Why does the seafloor look like a constant earthquake is rattling it? I thought it was just the camera or rov shaking but everything else in the shot (the cables, the lights from the BOP, the bubbles) don't appear to be shaking, just the seafloor??
