mopar28m User ID: 1067381 United States 08/14/2010 01:12 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I cannot believe this. I am sitting here online in the backside of my house. I see something move out of the corner of my eye and there is a person standing there looking in. The person has a tag around their neck so I ask them who they are. They state I am a census worker. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1065724I tell them I had filled it out and one came here on top of that already. This person states well there was a problem with it and they want to talk. I did it correctly and I know that so ?? I then tell the person (I am sitting here) that they need to use the front door like everyone else and why are they at the back side of my house? Not many people even know there is a door back here it looks more like a window anyhow, all glass. The person says will you call me? I had to tell this person to get off my property now. Just how sick are these people? I sent the census in, then they came here so it was done again and now they are back again and it was done correctly everytime. How do I stop the insanity with these people? anyone know? Introduce them to your dog. vaccinefreehealth blogspot com The risk far outweighs any benefit as the risk will vary from child to child. facebook.com/graphixyourway |

Keeps leaving an "I came by..." piece of crap paper on the door. We refuse to open the door to him. We sent in the f*n form...2 people here...no more info. I THOUGHT their damned census was over months ago. Why are they STILL coming by? |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 1005543 United States 08/14/2010 03:02 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Maybe a lot of the forms that were mailed in were just thrown away by census workers so they could stay employed longer by going house to house. Wouldn't put it past them. Or maybe the ones that were assigned to enter the data from the forms into the computer goofed off, took long breaks, and threw forms away so they wouldn't have to work so hard. Obviously there is a problem if the forms that have been mailed in are still not recorded after all this time. |

The insane woman walked in the gate and up to the front door with 3 very large dogs on her ass barking. I don't know why she didn't get bit. I can not fathom why she was not the least bit concerned about them. When I got to the door the first thing out of my mouth was, "That was stupid! Get out of the yard now." :LMAO-MG: She asked how many people live here, like the zombie she was, and I told her I had already sent it in but the number is (blank). Her next question was where do they sleep. WTF!!!!????!! :WTF-MG: I said I told you the number and that is all you are going to get. I am amazed ore of theses guys have not gotten hurt or injured. They seem like zombies and I am not joking. Direct eye contact and clear boundaries seems to work. We are all way to "nice and polite." Hostile doesn't work either. It's called assertive. Clear, blunt, and righteous. |

Pilot_007 User ID: 1018205 United States 08/14/2010 03:55 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Hand this to them: To Whom it May Concern, Pursuant to Article I, Section 2, Clause 3 of the Constitution, the only information you are empowered to request is the total number of occupants at this address. My “name, sex, age, date of birth, race, ethnicity, telephone number, relationship and housing tenure” have absolutely nothing to do with apportioning direct taxes or determining the number of representatives in the House of Representatives. Therefore, neither Congress nor the Census Bureau have the constitutional authority to make that information request a component of the enumeration outlined in Article I, Section 2, Clause 3. In addition, I cannot be subject to a fine for basing my conduct on the Constitution because that document trumps laws passed by Congress. Interstate Commerce Commission v. Brimson, 154 U.S. 447, 479 (May 26, 1894) “Neither branch of the legislative department [House of Representatives or Senate], still less any merely administrative body [such as the Census Bureau], established by congress, possesses, or can be invested with, a general power of making inquiry into the private affairs of the citizen. Kilbourn v. Thompson, 103 U.S. 168, 190. We said in Boyd v. U.S., 116 U. S. 616, 630, 6 Sup. Ct. 524,―and it cannot be too often repeated,―that the principles that embody the essence of constitutional liberty and security forbid all invasions on the part of government and it’s employees of the sanctity of a man’s home and the privacies of his life. As said by Mr. Justice Field in Re Pacific Ry. Commission, 32 Fed. 241, 250, ‘of all the rights of the citizen, few are of greater importance or more essential to his peace and happiness than the right of personal security, and that involves, not merely protection of his person from assault, but exemption of his private affairs, books, and papers from inspection and scrutiny of others. Without the enjoyment of this right, all others would lose half their value.’” Note: This United States Supreme Court case has never been overturned. Respectfully, A Citizen of the United States of America |

Clear, blunt, and righteous. They asked you where do they sleep? Unreal. I was lucky that my husband came home moments after this person was told to leave by me, felt better. I was alone when I wrote this though. I do not know how long they were looking in the window either, just happened to catch it when they were getting closer to me. There are only a couple of us living here so I dont see why that is so hard at all and yes we are citizens. I heard that in Canada they were all complaining that too many questions were being asked, the govt said ok perhaps there are too many, but then they were told this: If they reduce any questions at all the other depts or places using this info could not do their work. So in other words there are other places taking all of our info and using it without our permission and or knowledge most likely. I did write in today and told them what happened we will see what they write back I did request them to. If they pulled this in some places peeking in back windows I do think they could certainly get hurt. I am shocked that they asked you where the children sleep when they are only there for a count...ah sounds weird too. |
