I live in Florida and took a trip to Destin last weekend. Got to talking with a couple from Mobile Alabama, they were adamant that the spill was stopped and that the Gulf would just absorbe the oil. We almost got into an argument over whether everything was fine or not!! I a amazed at the mentality most people have in just believing everything is kosher and let's just move along. Guess BP and others have done a great job on the mass public into believing everything is wonderful and the Gulf is as good as it ever was! |
