So flying flags at half staff for criminals are to become the norm?

They tend to view themselves as very, very important (as in, WAY overblown senses of ego) and when one of their own dies it's all we see/hear about on MSM 24/7 until the day after the funeral. Stevens? Nada. Very suspicious.
