Here's what Sheldon Nidle had to say about the 911 attacks in his Sep 7 posting.

"The technology used on the World Trade Center was masked by the spectacle of very realistic 3-D airplane holograms (but without the telltale light sources). The effect, though primitive, was enough to fool those not familiar with this technology. This was coupled with a series of doctored videotapes constantly aired by the major TV networks. The use of particle-beam weaponry and preset explosive devices completed the theatrical display, and all went off with only minor glitches."

So working with the OP's revelation, I think the holograms could have been wrapped around the cruise missiles to make them appear like large Airliners.

There is also a very good video analysis which shows how the video feed was doctored. There is one shot where the nose of the aircraft exits the building. This obvious video tampering error was edited out in later news releases.

It does seem very plausible that a combination of pre-planted explosives (probably nano-thermite), cruise missiles and video editing was used to create the whole effect.

3D holograms and particle beam weaponry does sound a little Sci-Fi but given that top levels of Govt/Mil were involved in this attack its not entirely unlikely that very high tech weaponry was used.

So here is my current thinking of the whole Geopolitical situation which led to 911 and the after math.

Essentially the US economy is the most militarized on the planet. An economy that is based on military might needs two things to survive - fear and money. In the USA you have plenty of both.

A military economy really needs to be in constant war or the threat of war so that the machine can justify being fed tons of cash by the taxpayers. And to ensure you are in constant war you need to instill of lot fear into your entire population of those who will fund the war, ie the taxpayer.

So 911 was designed to instill maximum fear in the population so that a war could be justified. This fear spread throughout all of the USA and into all of it's allies. For good measure other nations had large scale terror strikes against their citizens. Britain had the 7/7 attacks and the Aussies had two Bali bombimgs.

From the point of view of the architects of 911, one of the greatest outcomes was that around 40,000 New Yorkers almost died on 911. These people were the lucky ones who worked in the WTC towers but managed to escape. These people would become some of the most traumatised citizens and therefore become the most fearful and strongest supporters of national revenge. (Ever wonder why Vigilante/Revenge movies are so popular?).

So once TPTB had cast this spell of fear over the entire US population, they only had to point them in the direction they wanted and provide a flimsy excuse to invade the oil rich nation of Iraq.

You have to ask why was Iraq chosen at all? If you look at 3 major middle eastern oil producers - Saudi Arabia, Iraq and Iran; Iraq was the most logical one to invade. Saudi Arabia was a long term allie of the US and Iran had a much stronger military than Iraq.

And once Iraq and Afghanistan was conquered you have effectively surrounded Iran anyway. It does seem like the long term plan is to conquer Iran but I dont think the evil US empire is going to last long enough for that. They may try but it will be the last thing they do, IMHO.

So the question is, why exactly is Oil so important to the US Govt? Well aside from the obvious, that is its used to power global transport there is another much more important reason.

You see ever since Kissinger did a deal with the Saudi's to sell OPECs oil only in US$, the US$ has been tied to the price of Oil. Previous to this point in time the US$ was tied to the price of Gold, which is why it became the Global reserve currency in the first place.

The effect of tying the US$ to the value of oil means that if you try and devalue the US$ then the inflationary effect is offset by the Global price of oil increasing.

So why would you try and devalue the US$? Well when you have a Military/War based economy you are really in the business of destruction and this business needs a lot of cash. So once you have exhausted the available cash from Taxpayers you need to borrow the money, an aweful lot of it as it turns out.

At some point you need to pay back these loans and if you can't extract more from your taxpayers, then your last option is to print more of your own money. (These days they call this Quantitative Easing.)

The problem that normally occurs when you print a lot of your own money is Hyper Inflation. So why is this just not happening with the US$? Well there are several reasons, they being as follows.

The US$ is pegged to Oil - thus spreading inflationary effect globally.

The US$ is pegged to value of Chinese Yuan/Renminbi, which means your imported goods don't increase in value as the US$ declines.

The value of Gold and Silver is suppressed by various mechanisms.

The US Stock Market is artificially propped up and prevented from collapsing.

So with these mechanisms in place the US Govt can continue funding their never ending wars.

So what is the point of all of this never ending war? Well as Major General Smedley Butler once wrote, "War is a Racket", and is designed to make a few people at the top of the Capitalist pyramid extremely wealthy at the expense of the taxpayer and the blood of its own soldiers and victims of war.

So that in a nutshell is why, in the eyes of TPTB, 911 had to happen.

Only two of the planes designated on 9/11 had wheels off time, lift off, etc. The other two never left the ground and paperwork indicates they were delisted and at the boneyard at the time in the desert.

Flight 77 passenger list published showed it was filled with Defense Employees, Raytheon, and BSE contractor NAMES.
It left Dulles flew around and landed at Andrews directly behind the Pentagon. To a person travelling the nearby interstates they thought it crashed on top of the building.
An optical illusion timed to coordinate with an incoming missile from another angle.

The decoy plane was used at the Pentagon because it was necessary because of it's lower height profile.
The SAMS at the roof seemed to recognise as friendly and did not fire automatically, btw.

There was no need for this same type of decoy deception at the towers as it took place 110 stories up. Certain missiles could easily be mistaken from that distance for a 757. J ASSAM for instance.

I am sure they said what they were supposed to say.
But, the fact remains the phone calls could not have been made. Think of your own cell reception back then.
Way less towers too to link from place to place.

I think the most interesting thing he said, not one of his 3 facts, was that the military is not happy with what is going on in the government. That piece of info should be explored further. The rest remains very reasonable speculation. But this is worth looking into I think. Anyone want to corroborate or provide evidence that this part of his statement holds water?
