You can remove all your flash cookies online. Just go to :

People can remove regular cookies and think that they are safe but get busted by the flash cookies which are entirely seperate.

Firefox has an add on tool called Better Privacy. Seems to work well for me.

Thank you OP! For FireFox users there is an extension / add on called BetterPrivacy that will eliminate super cookies also, that includes "Flash Cookies".

Very easy and simple to add extensions to FireFox.
