You must be new to this board, or you would know by now that we live in a sick, sick society, Here itis against the law to even PUT CATS OUTSIDE.

Also not all the kitties are in cages, and not at all times. Some of the ones in cages are dangerous to other kitties or have babies etc. Boots in particular will rip apart any other male cat, plus he carries CatScratchFevour, and could infect the others. That sort of thing is why theyare in cages. Anyone else would send them to the Humane Society and have them killed, however love doesnot do that to Father's (God to you) helpless creatures.
