Well what I heard is that it was found in Jeruselum near the old temple site, I think Golgotha? They didn't want to do anyhting with it at the moment. But heard rumors of action. Just seeing what other people have heard on here is all, especially if somebody here is from Israel.

Google Ron Wyatt. He claimed to have found it. He is now dead. I don't know if this is what you are referring to, but some believe that it will be revealed before the coming of Jesus. I believe that Ron Wyatt's claims are bogus. He also claimed that he found Noah's Ark, Babylon, and other sites that archaeologigst have been looking for--all while he was on vacation in the Middle East. Be very skeptical when going over this information, however. There is compelling information there, but there are subtle errors.

Well seeing as the Ethiopians claimed to have it and then FAILED during the press conference to show anything or even admit that they had it at all! I assume it is a lost relic to history! It may have been a symbol only and never really existed, kinda like the grail.
