Nah, I think it's cause the MODS can keep track of IPs and such. Yes..EVEN PROXIES.
Yeah....jackasses always make themselves readily apparent...proxy or not...99% of trolltards stupidly blow their cover.
Doesn't take a genius to know that EVERYTHING is traceable in this day and age.
