Wow. I have sympathy for you and your cold. I have been battling one since Thursday. I planted some fruit trees in the afternoon and got chilled. And I have had cough and sneezing and runny nose since. And the most embarrassment.. sneeze and wet my pants.. :(.

But the teeth have not hurt so much, but my ears do. The doc said was TMJ.

But Anyway. I hope you get some relief soon. Especially if you feel as miserable as I have. I have stayed in bed for most of the time since Thursday.

Hi ST and everyone else on here, I'm just chiming in because I heard alot of you are experiencing TMJ issues...

I'm also experiencing this, have done since 2014 on and off...

Anyways, I can't tell you how to cure it but I can tell you (I think) what it's cause may be...

I think it's chakra alignments/ unalignments... You see, I get it precisely a day after meditation and it does seem to relate to chakra (in throat to third eye) related...

I noticed everytime that I meditate on my chakras at the end of the day, next day I'm in agony with jaw and head pain, sinus and behind eye pains also, which to me indicates that it's related to throat and third eye chakras as the energies are getting even heavier in this day and age...
Maybe we need to realign our chakras to earth's chakras again, which I've been doing, as the density changes from 3/4 density to 5 density now... I find when I meditate on this it helps with the alignment of my chakras alot...

Just my two cents worth...

Our old energies are not aligned with new energies on earth, we need to Slough off any old illnesses/ energies and realign with the new 5 dimension energies, I find it has helped alot for me, hardly get pain now...

Working on heart chakra at the moment, keeps skipping beats as my heart chakra expands, I need to meditate on this the most to keep this from happening...
