Yes, it's just common cold with the change in weather it seems...

Drinking plenty of fluids... my head feels a little bit lighter but my throat feels like sandpaper atm, lol...

Keep feeling like something is lodged in there even though there isn't... I have a "minty" sensation in there too... it's very strange...

I think ST's quote answered this one well...

He is correct... I'm going to be honest...I'm onto chapter 5 currently and I have to say, a few of the accounts I have read in there are quite appalling from my point of view...

Don't get me wrong, there are some interesting accounts that I believe happened to the people in the book but there are also some poorly edited and heavily filtered accounts also...

All in all, I wouldn't recommend... just my honest opinion... surprisingly, I thought I'd love the book when I saw it at first but when I read some of the accounts in there, I thought it was a joke...

I must say that it is refreshing to see a book that is about the Borrowings (not abductions) being of Medical procedures... Healings and such... rather than the false "experiments" that has been propagated for the masses...

The author got the 300 plus accounts from many sources.

From ST's "account"... only excerpts were taken from ST's article... the rest was the author interpreting/misinterpreting what ST meant... which, of course, got certain things wrong...

Had the author contacted ST... which should have happened... he may have Understood... that this is a book about Volunteers and their "Medical Plan".
