Getting further to achieving success in my astral projection attempts... Seemed to be partly dreams but I was moving around seemingly outside my body in the dreams...

I have noticed clearing your mind/calming it... is synonomous with complete relaxation actually...

If I am in a lucid dream if I just relax more an attempt at projection seems imminent...

My very religious dad told me... the bible says "do not open the mind" etc etc... even if that religious stuff is bullcrap it hampers my progress and gets me to re-contemplate things...

I actually believe it is a natural ability of us to project our consciousness and we did it alot in old times... especially since projection seems synonomous with relaxation while conscious...

Any ideas to help me in my future attempts ST in BG? I find you have to follow your breath and let it flow through all things and it seems to get you where you intend... controlling my breath doesn´t seem to do much

OK, ST. You´ve basically been saying the same thing the original OP, Alien, said. You´re certainly just nicer about it. LOL!

What you´re saying is that Nibiru, a.k.a. Planet X, and the Annanaki are coming back. They put us here to start with. Now they´re coming to get rid of us. In short, we´re going to die, everybody. You´re saying that could be very soon, maybe even later this year. Following the poleshift with all the earthquakes and erupting volcanoes, Earth with stop rotating and stop orbiting the sun. It will freeze due to that and nothing will soon be left alive here. After maybe four years it will start moving again, the atmosphere will clear up and it will thaw out. But nothing will be left alive so it will be far too late. Of course the rich and powerful have their hidden underground cities fully stocked and with power for heat and all that, if they survive the earthquakes. They´ll survive. I think they´re fully stocked for at least five years.

Except for the elite few who have some kind of agreement with your people, or somebody else, to be taken off Earth and saved, everybody else will die either by being injured during all the upheaval or freezing or starvation later. The ones who die quickly in the first minutes will be the lucky ones. The few who survive to freeze and starve will suffer terribly.

What I don´t understand is: why would you advise anybody to store up food or make other preparations? It´s best to die fast and get it over with than to do it slowly, watching the people you care about starve or freeze! Why bother trying to survive? I don´t see it. I don´t want to live long enough to see my sons and four small grandkids suffer and die. It´s inevitable so it would be best to get it over with fast and more painlessly, especially the innocent children.
