He did get that part right. Its not "anti-gravity"

Its just making one force stronger than gravitational pull of a given object. Otherwise you would call it "anti-gravity" every time a rocket left the ground or everytime you simply jump.

Theoretically he could be right about the time thing as well. It is simply a measurement or record of one event to the next. Some will argue that clocks changes speed as we speed up, yes, but they are still measuring the movement, wether it be a quartz crystal or an atom. As you increase your velocity obviously the kinetic energy of everything with the increased velocity will change as well.
