Feeling a little bit off myself today...

A nauseating migraine right behind the eyes and sinuses...

Lots of aches and pains in the upper half of me to go along with it too! Particularly from the shoulders up... not fun!!

Had a rested and relaxed day yesterday though... took a trip to Bill Quay Farm with the little'un :-)... fed some baby lambs, helped with cleaning and grooming the horses and then just had fun getting all muddy and soaked, lol...

It was a nice break for a change and we had a great time :-)...but I don't plan on doing much at all today with the way I'm feeling right now...*sigh*

Might just prune some plants in the neighbours garden, muck around with their veg patches etc...

I agree with the Drs thing wholly, with what you say about them... I have never been through so much trouble/ruckus in my life more than lately... it's hard to get an appointment to see a dr until months ahead, let alone get a "diagnosis"...

They told me unless I was in severe/extreme pain, I couldn't get myself on the waiting list any quicker than Sept. This year... and, if I was in extreme pain, to go to A&E instead (Accident and Emergency).... it's just been/is one big nightmare!

I only need to get those tests booked in to get it down in "black and white" on records...

I'm ingesting in lots of potassium, yes... lots of fruits and veg too... almonds, seeds, omega 3 etc... anything I can think of really that I know will help... Have changed my diet completely and I am eating and drinking organic foods/drinks only now...

I do love mushrooms but every time I eat those, I get quite sick... my terrestrial body doesn't take/react too well with the mold/fungus spores... *sigh*.. lol..also, Gold irritates my skin too, lol... have some gold jewellery just sitting in a jewellery box as I am unable to wear it...

It does help a little bit although I'm still struggling at times to "hang on"... if I'm honest, my body sometimes feels like it just doesn't want to hang on at times...

I often feel faint and exhausted etc... no matter how much I rest...

I especially wanted to point out the "ASPARTAME" ...

Well, as I had just read that, that they hide aspartame in most foods and drinks, I went to the kitchen just to check and make sure there wasn't anything I had with that in it...

Well, much to my horror, and surprise, I found 2 items, up to now that is laced to the brim with that stuff!

I couldn't believe it... I've been thinking this "sugar substitute/sweetener" was safe to take and was told it's a much healthier substitute than real table sugar...

I found it in our summer fruits diluted juice drink and also in the sweetener I was using for coffees and things...(decaffeinated)...

I've since thrown them out...

On the hunt for more of this aspartame...

If one is already taking a terrestrial prescribed poi... err "medicine" for heart problems... They are often a form of artificial potassium... of which, unfortunately, adding other potassium sources could cause an imbalance.

Just threw those two items out that I saw contained sweetener/artificial colours...

I will watch my next grocery shop so as to not buy items with those poisons in it...

I agree that the substance is/could be accumulative also so yes, I'm watching everything I put into my "terrestrial" body and of what my son injests too as he likes his fizzy drinks and candy a little too much...

My terrestrial father was on heart meds for angina... he then had to have stents put into his heart artery to open it up so the blood could get to the heart...

He was always sick, even on his meds, when he was here (on Earth/Terra) so that makes sense what you said...

Originally the doctors said I had anxiety and gave me medication for it but I knew it wasn't that and didn't take the medication. I had gastrointestinal issues same time so they targeted my gallbladder. Ultrasound that Included aorta and vagus nerve, etc. Found stones but no inflammation but still recommended surgery. Blood tests showed all normal. Met with surgeon, he said he's removed thousands of healthy gallbladders because doctors use the gallbladder as a scapegoat to intestinal issues because there is so much doctors dont know about the gut, bacteria and relationship between the vagus nerve and brain.

The only way they caught my AFIB was when I called ambulance and the techs recorded it. By the time I got to hospital, symptoms were relatively normal but rapid heart beat. The ER doctor said they would have chalked it up to anxiety again had it not been recorded by the ambulance techs.

They still recommended removing my gallbladder due to continuing gastro issues. I said no and cancelled. My stomach issues are almost gone. I am convinced it was all part of my broken heart and impending AFIB. It's so scary to have your heart skip beats or go into a fibrillation. The doctors say AFIB is common, as common as diabetes in the world population. Well, I never heard of it!

I stopped all caffeine, but need to read up on other names for aspartame just in case! What do you advise on stevia?

Thanks again for your guidance. I am taking extra potassium as I was low both times when I went to the hospital. They have me on warfarin now in case my AFIB causes a clot. More drugs.... more drugs....

I learned a lot about the prescribed peddled poisons while caring for my father. He had full medical coverage... and LOTS of "doctors" peddling their wares. Of course, they have their "laws" to protect their monies... and against the very things that would actually cure...

They had him on the rat poison (warfarin) also ... a HUGE money producer for them. I fought to get him off that ... by getting him on to yet another poison.. but one that did not need constant blood taking and restrictions of the very foods that would help him otherwise.

Once on those poisons... it is difficult to add the proper cures. All those cures are out there... brought to Terra/Earth long ago.... but most people are removed from Knowing that...

Blue Spirit , my wife was experiencing tiredness and tingling all over her body one time recently when we were in Walmart she had to hold the cart for a minute or so so she would not faint and collapse or something , she felt like she was off balance, it happened 2 other times when she was at work, I thought it was lack of sleep or just stress or both but it could be from other energies . These 3 occurences all happened within a 1 week period.

I myself on the other hand have been sleepy and like a tired feeling sometimes offbalance but not that often. Like most the joy and happiness are taken from me , lack of energy etc , i'm trying to shake this feeling but I cant seem to do it . It's like i'm always tired . Not sure about others and how theyre feeling and affected. I'm not sure if i'm affected by nibiru's nearness or something else is happening to me , I wish I knew someone who had the answers that could help me understand what is truly happening with me and my wife lately.

It seems like me and my wife both have the same symptoms whatever is causing this ??

Well, I've been feeling quite the same way recently, if not more than ever, actually...

My symptoms have ramped up...

I have been doing the usual and taking in lots of potassium, omega 3's, lots of nuts, grains etc... I have changed my diet completely 360° around... mostly eating and drinking only Organically now as my terrestrial body doesn't take well at all to processed foods/drinks...

I have found a small improvement, well, enough to take the edge off things to help me survive these incoming energies without the suffering...

I am guessing your wife, as well as yourself, are feeling these incoming energies also, Sasha... swapping and playing around with diets is probably not advised to most but I would try slowly swapping some foods/drinks for healthier options if you haven't already... see how that goes... meanwhile, taking in as much potassium and magnesium as you both can in your daily lives as I think this is essential anyways regardless of your diets...

It all depends on the person themselves also, I think.... what their body needs and is lacking...

I'm not a dietician so I wouldn't know what to suggest in the long run for you both but I think the prime goal is to focus on what the heart needs as with what ST said, the energies coming in are strong radiations from our Sun/Sol and the energies from Nibiru also will have an effect on us magnetically...

Healthy people will experience these effects in our hearts and other organs... I would look at what ST suggested for us and go with that...

Other than that, I hope you're all ok and doing well :-)...

Stock up on that potassium and magnesium :-)...

Also, remember, always clean/pure water...

I have found keeping hydrated with lots of pure water everyday seems to help me...
