Take Lessons in “Personal Hygiene": Tea Party Ally Carl Paladino Wins GOP Nomination for N.Y. Governor

Political novice and tea party ally Carl Paladino has beaten the Republican designee in the race for the party’s nomination for New York governor.

Carl Paladino says if elected he would transform some New York prisons into dormitories for welfare recipients and the recently unemployed, where they could work in state-sponsored jobs, get employment training and take lessons in “personal hygiene.”
