I am more than sorry that I voted for Barack. I wish I could undo that, but I can not. He has done very little toward making the world a better place

BUt I have protested many times against him since to completely get out of Iraq and Pakistan, and I have written countless letters to tell him to stop bombing the people in the countries he is warring against. The money being wasted on war could do so much better to help people here.

I never understood why people liked Neil Young, and I still don't. But whenever I mention at a gathering that I think his music sucks, people look at me like I have just committed a grave sin. I mean, get real - is that what people think is singing? He sounds like a cat in heat when he sings "Southern Man."

Neil Young - It's A Dream

Hopefully drums and bass are being added. Sounds good

I like the songs and I like the guitar sound - wow really great low tuning makes it sound meaty and awesome - but the songs really need a drummer and a full band to kick in, at least around the second verse. It's alright to have that soundscape thing for the first verse and chorus, but the song really needed to kick into a higher gear, and it never did. That would be the difference between being just another Neil Young track to being an all-out classic like Cinnamon Girl where you've got a full band on tape kickin' the shit out of a great song.

And for a song like 'Angry World', I don't think his Crazy Horse band have the erm 'horsepower' these days to really amp it up to the heights it deserves. Their last album 'Fork In The Road', while groovy, was kinda loose and you really need a group of youthful musicians to take it to the next level.

I see this songs potentially as something like David Bowie's 'Little Wonder' - where you have the studio trickery and doodling and then BAM! - in with the drums and full-on rock assault - that's what it needed and it never did that. If the whole album is like that (Walk With Me sounds like the same sort of thing) then it sounds like a wasted opportunity.

I'll dedicate this to all the political sheeple like yourself. Keep on thinking there a difference between dem and repubs while we march towards fascism.
