The Suicided - People who died exposing the truth

I am starting a thread to keep a tally of people who were suicided/planecrashed/heartattacked/horizontalised etc. for trying to expose the truth of the criminal cabal within the U.S. government and world financial system. I have not seen a comprehensive list anywhere, so I am starting my own and hope GLP will add to it.

I will add details and links as I can.

I have started with two, but there are many more.
