Hurricane Igor is hitting us right now in Eastern Newfoundland. There has already been massive flooding and devastation. State of emergency declared in several communities. We've already received about 6" of rain (some places already 10") and it's just arriving now. Not a good mixture given the supersaturation of our topsoil already. Rivers are literally running right through communities right now. :S
