Your intel is worrisome. The fact is no N. Power Plants are safe anywhere...agreed?

What about using technology to make the weather very cold, a very harsh and snowy winter.
That combined with little grain export and gas rationing would make many people weak.
In Western Europe we are not used to been cold and hungry.
