9.24-25: scum on Jax Beach, oil on Vilano beaches
Some strange scum washed ashore on Fri. it was brown and had the consistency of paint. it was probably from at least the pier going miles south. and today at the Guanna Estuary Reserve beaches there was oil mixed in with the sand. lots of it. tiger striped beaches as far as the eye could see.

just to give you kiddies out there in flyover land the caramel nugget, jax beach and vilano beach are on the far NE corner of FL, a good 1000 mi. by sea from the "spill." if that shit tracks much further north its on Ga. beaches and SC beaches. which it is if you follow the headlines.
