I know one thing, when I drive up and down US 19 from Port Richey to Largo its like a neverending sea of "for lease" signs. Commercial real estate is going down the shitter and fast.

My Nephew moved from Fort Myers to Oklahoma just a bit over a year and a half ago, because Florida was in so much trouble...no work, houses sitting empty everywhere. I can only imagine the horror show it must be now !
