Massachusetts Attorney General Calls for a Halt to ALL Foreclosures in the State - Due to Bank Fraud! Wants to Start an Investigation
Another Attorney General is calling for a Halt of Foreclosures for their state, besides Ohio. This one also wants an investigation into the bank fraud.

I would think pretty soon all the states attorney generals will call a seize to foreclosures in the U.S.

This is just getting better and better.

Massachusetts Attorney General Martha Coakley called on Bank of America and other major creditors to delay all foreclosure proceedings and pledged to begin her own investigation in light of recent revelations that they may not have complied with the law.

Glad to read but she is only delaying them and it is election time coming up.

This is what I would predict, she will state this halt, elections will happen and we all know who she works for, Devil Patrick. Then she will find out that sure most mortgages are bogus in Massachusetts yet does not want the courts all tied up (they are a mess right now and corrupt too just like everywhere else in our nation but in Massachusetts they do not elect Judges and they are appointed for life - huge mistake and problem). So she will make some stupid legal deals and the people will lose out as to their rights and no Martha no-one wants you to make some one time deal where the people lose so that you can help the banks.

I would be leary of all Attorney Generals messing with this subject. The people have singular rights and the law is for each and every person, not as a group and if the banks broke the laws each person has legal recourse rights. Those people do not want Ms. Coakley thwarting their rights or telling the courts which way to rule either as that would be corruption Ms. Coakley, maybe not in your mind but in ours it would be.

I say she will try to minimize the damages and the people will lose out, the banks will not receive what is due to them.
