I know someone who's into technical analysis and if the DOW closes over 10,860 today then it means the bear market has ended and stocks will move to new highs.
Yeah, the economy still sucks but don't forget that stock markets look ahead six months or more. In this case, they're just looking forward to QE2, coming out in November.
