It's nowhere near being priced in yet. 11,000 is just the next stop on the way to 12,000. That stop will be either today or later this week.

As for PMs - they trade in tandem with stocks, or haven't you noticed?? IF - and that's a big IF - stocks were to crash, so would your precious metals.

The whole game of the FED, and other central banks and governments is just 'fake it till you make it' with regards to the economy.

Don't confuse luck with skill. Some of us rode the train until december 2009 and got off when the dollar shot up even though the dow was as well. It was high risk. The only people who made money between 2/10 and 4/10 were the insiders and the idiots.
